As a Product Manager on the Order Fulfillment team, you'll be at the forefront of shaping Shopper app fulfillment solutions for drivers and shoppersowning the intake, planning, and execution for new product features, enhancements, and defect resolution. This role sits at the intersection of technology, data science, economics, and operations, focused on ensuring a reliable fulfillment quality across the marketplace. You will drive products to optimize fulfillment quality and strengthen shopper's connections with Shipt customers.
We are looking for a highly creative and execution-oriented PM who thrives in ambiguity, makes strategic product decisions grounded in data, and moves with a strong bias for action. You may work on complex product areas such as gig worker onboarding experiences, order fulfillment & delivery tooling, earnings & goal tracking, and engagement & retention programs.
