\n \nAbout Carpe
\nCarpe is the fastest-growing deodorant brand in the US. Our team is made up of ~30 incredibly smart people who care about the work, building together in person in downtown Durham, NC. The office is open, with plenty of quiet niches when you need to focus, and the energy is high.

\n \nThis is an extreme-ownership, high-execution role. We run a high volume of creative across many surfaces, and it is critical that every asset is built correctly, launched on time, properly named, and checked before applying any spend to it. That is your job. You are the person who catches the thing everyone else missed and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
\n \nYou and the Director of Paid Social are the two people touching the spend. Everything you do shows up in the numbers, fast. Do this well, and you will not stay junior for long.
