DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking an Instructional Designer in San Antonio, TX.Key Tasks:* Designs training programs, including classroom lectures, online courses, and self-study sessions, directed at employees, organization members, or those who use the organization's products or services* Develops and updates course content and coordinates learning curriculum* Conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training methods accordingly* Maintains in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the related field* Prioritize assignments and tasks in Project Management software (JWM), maintain transparent documentation on progress and actions taken/next steps to move assignments forward timely* Create interactive facilitator led content for highly technical advanced property claims training, or standalone digital content using a variety of tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise - simulations), video, and other multimedia tools to develop training* Review data to identify performance gaps* Work with SMEs and teammates to determine root cause and create solutions that drive optimal performance* Prioritize multiple concurrent assignments and create high-quality learning deliverables on time or early* Identify roadblocks and raise risks with potential solutions* Act with a sense of urgency and ownership in a collaborative team environment* Apply adult learning principles and training strategies to break down complex advanced property claims skills into digestible topics to accelerate performance using a variety of tools and approaches to satisfy the learning, performance, and business needs* Emphasis on rapid prototyping and lean effective solutions that drive meaningful, measurable resultsRequirements* Instructional Design strategies - 2 years* Collaborating with SMEs - 2 years* Curriculum Development (facilitator led, eLearning, etc.) - 2 years* Claims or property construction experience - or experience building claims training is a plus* Articulate 360, Adobe products (premiere, audition, photoshop), PowerPoint, project mgt software* Proactive, seeks out work, good collaborator and communicator, a team player* High organization and attention to detail* Stable internet and available to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per weekJob TypeContractCompensation35 - $36
