About Coretas

Businesses have poured years of money and data into their ad platforms. Each platform optimizes itself. None of them optimizes the business.

So the marketer sits in the middle, stitching two stories together and trying to work out which one to believe. Coretas sits above the platforms and runs the whole ad workflow from one place. It plans across Google and Meta, builds every campaign down to the last keyword, launches on every platform with one approval, and ranks the next best move daily. It works from live account data and remembers everything the team has done. Brands and agencies use it, for one account or every client in one workspace, and nothing goes live without the marketer's approval.

The Role: Head of Performance Marketing, US (Full Time, Remote)

Coretas is built for performance marketers, so this role sits close to the product as well as the numbers. You'll own how Coretas grows through paid and lifecycle channels, and you'll be the in-house voice of the people we build for.

You'll work straight with the founders, own the budget and the targets, and run the channels yourself before you build a team around them.

What you'll do

• Own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, from strategy to daily execution.
\n
• Own the full funnel from first click to first media plan, and the measurement behind it.
\n
• Set the targets for signups, trials and paid accounts, and hit them.
\n
• Run Coretas on Coretas, and turn what you learn into product feedback.
\n
• Build the growth team as the channels prove out.
\n

What we're looking for

\n
• 5+ years running performance marketing, with real budget and accountability for results.
\n
• Hands-on in Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. You build and optimize campaigns yourself.
\n
• Strong on tracking and attribution: GA4, Meta CAPI, Enhanced Conversions, and knowing when the numbers lie.
\n
• Experience growing a SaaS or martech product, or running performance at an agency.
\n
• You make decisions from data and move without waiting to be told what's next.
\n
• US based
\n

Nice to have

\n
• B2B SaaS acquisition experience, including LinkedIn Ads.
\n
• Experience with incrementality testing and cross-platform budget allocation.
\n
• You've built and led a growth team.
\n
