General Manager – Restaurant OperationsSan Diego, CA (UTC Area) Full-time | On-siteAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the overall operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant located in a premier shopping destination in San Diego.This role oversees both Front of House and Back of House teams and is responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily restaurant operations across FOH, BOH, takeout, and deliveryDrive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency through business planning and KPI managementRecruit, train, coach, and develop management and hourly teams (20–30 employees)Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle feedback or service recoveryManage budgets, labor costs, food costs, inventory, and vendor relationshipsEnsure compliance with all U.S. labor, food safety, health, and safety regulationsCollaborate with marketing teams on local promotions and community engagementQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a chain or multi-unit restaurant environmentProven ability to lead teams of 20–30+ employeesStrong financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, cost controls, KPIs)Solid knowledge of U.S. restaurant regulations and food safety standardsFluent in English and Chinese with strong cross-cultural communication skillsHands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 annuallyAnnual performance-based bonus eligibilityMedical insurance for eligible full-time employeesFree meals during shifts & employee discountsLeadership development and career advancement opportunitiesEqual Opportunity StatementThis position is offered by an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
