Job Description

As a Construction General Laborer, you will support drainage tile installation crews on a variety of agricultural and commercial projects. You will assist with site preparation, material handling, installation activities, and general construction duties while working alongside experienced operators and crew members.

This role is physically active and offers opportunities to learn specialized skills in the drainage and excavation industry.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the installation of agricultural and commercial drainage tile systems
• Load, unload, and transport pipe, fittings, tools, and construction materials
• Grade, trench, and prepare job sites for installation work
• Work alongside excavator, dozer, and tile plow operators
• Install drainage pipe, structures, and related system components
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Support crews with additional labor and construction tasks as needed
• Travel to project sites throughout Southern Minnesota

Work Environment

This position is based outdoors at active construction and agricultural project sites throughout Southern Minnesota. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minnesota Lake, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
