Class C DriverLocation: San Leandro, CAPay: $25.00 per hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-2:00 PMJob Type: Part-TimeFull Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Class C Driver to join our team in San Leandro. This role is responsible for operating a company vehicle, collecting equipment from designated customer locations, and ensuring all items are packaged and transported safely and efficiently.The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of continuous driving, delivery, or route service experience, a clean driving record, and excellent customer service skills.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a 26-foot box truck (Class C vehicle) Transport equipment between assigned locations.Pick up, package, and secure equipment for safe transit.Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and discrepancies.Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.Load and unload medical equipment.Communicate professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries.Report vehicle maintenance concerns, accidents, or route issues promptly.RequirementsValid California Driver's License.Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.Minimum 2 years of continuous route driving, delivery driving, courier, transportation, or related experience required.Experience driving a 16'-26' box truck preferred.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Ability to lift, load, and move equipment as needed.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in logistics, transportation, route delivery, or field service operations.Experience using handheld devices or maintaining delivery records.Pay Details: $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
